So randomly (or not if, like me, you believe in the existence of universal forces working to support our wildest dreams), I received an email a month or so ago from a personal growth website called Brent Smith Lifestyle (BSL) in America, with some 50,000 members, asking if I would be willing to talk to them for their podcast series.
The reason I say randomly is because, as you may well have noticed, I haven’t been particularly vociferous in the old blogosphere of late so my first thought was ‘how did they even find me?’ and my second thought was ‘why would they want to talk to me?’ Thankfully, these days, I’m a lot quicker at catching and banishing negative thoughts like these.
In 2011, I launched this site with the sole purpose of sharing my journey with others in the hopes that it might inspire some people to believe in themselves and realise that they too can live the life of their dreams.
I wanted to demonstrate to people, that the limitations on our dreams, aspirations and ambitions have in the main been created and maintained by our own mind and thought patterns.
If you don’t believe me, take at look at this video and this video for examples of people who have triumphed against all odds, simply because they believed they could do something and set forth to make it happen.
In this podcast, I talk with Brent, Dilan and Jason about the following topics and more:
• What living a limitless life means to me
• My journey with minimalism
• What being present in your life really looks like
• What giving to yourself can give to others
• How to uncover your purpose and do what you really love in life.

If being contacted like this, to be given the opportunity to share my journey with even more people, isn’t a nudge from the Universe that I need to get back on track with my purpose, then I don’t know what it is.
If you want to get in touch to discuss uncovering your purpose or getting back on track with it, how to remove the limitations in your life or anything else that you feel is holding you back, please don’t hesitate to get in touch I would love to hear from you.
